Dental Implants
Permanent, natural-feeling tooth replacement built on genuine OSSTEM implant systems.
About this treatment
An implant is one of the most effective and reliable ways to replace a missing tooth. The technique has been used since the 1960s and decades of research and clinical experience have proven it safe and highly successful. A titanium artificial root is placed into the jawbone and, once it has integrated, a crown is fitted on top.
Because titanium is highly biocompatible, the implant bonds firmly with the jawbone and restores function close to that of a natural tooth. At CERA we work with genuine OSSTEM implant systems and plan every case from a detailed examination and 3D imaging.
Preserves healthy teeth
Unlike a bridge, an implant does not require cutting down the healthy teeth on either side.
Natural chewing restored
A fixed, stable implant returns chewing function close to that of a natural tooth.
Protects the jawbone
Replacing the root helps prevent the bone resorption and facial change that follow tooth loss.
