Fillings & Root Canal
Tooth-coloured fillings and gentle, CBCT-guided root canal therapy that saves your natural tooth.
About this treatment
When decay reaches the tooth, we remove it and restore the tooth with a high-quality, tooth-coloured filling — treating each cavity according to its stage, from early surface decay to deeper lesions. We use premium aesthetic materials from Ivoclar (Switzerland).
When decay reaches the pulp, root canal treatment removes the infected nerve tissue, then cleans and seals the canals. At CERA we use CBCT imaging to clean and seal every canal precisely, which keeps the risk of re-infection very low.
Tooth-coloured fillings
Aesthetic composite (Ivoclar Tetric N Ceram) blends with your natural tooth.
Save your own tooth
Root canal therapy keeps your natural tooth, protecting bone, bite, and neighbouring teeth.
Nearly painless
Modern anaesthesia and magnification mean treatment is far more comfortable than its reputation.

Frequently asked
Is a root canal very painful?
It used to be — but modern anaesthesia and microscope technology mean little to no pain. The discomfort people remember is usually the infection beforehand.
Wouldn't it be better to just extract the tooth?
Keeping your own tooth is almost always the better choice; extraction can lead to bone loss, shifting teeth, and reduced chewing function.
